New Patients

Your first visit to Carolina Footcare establishes a foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we will obtain important background information, such as your medical history, and a history of your foot problem, including any prior treatment.  You will get to know your doctor, and our staff. To help understand what to expect during your first visit to our practice, please read through our website pages. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, insurance and payment policies and more.

What to expect
Being prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. Completing the Patient Registration forms from the link below prior to coming to the office will speed your check in.  You can also familiarize yourself about common foot problems and about your symptoms by reviewing the information on the Patient Education link at the top of the page. Also, you may take a few minutes to review our staff page and familarize yourself with the doctor. We look forward to your first visit.
